INTERSERVICE GROUP LOGISTIC has developed and implemented software, which allow to trace date of taking in industrial safety trainings, in labour safety, in medicine and professional certification of experts automatically.
It is necessary to note, that employees pass about 8 or 9 trainings during a year. Therefore tracking of the data without using special soft is quite difficult process.
The implemented system allows to trace the trainings schedule in time and easy for responsible persons.

The software allows to estimate employees by such parameters, as observance of factory regulations, duly and qualitative duties performance and fulfillment of head of works instructions, observance of safety requirements, the careful attitude and correct application of an individual defence means and working clothes, the careful attitude of the equipment, materials, tools, the engineering specifications.
Using motivational software has allowed to find out a factor of useful participation of each production teams member and KPI of all team in achievement of purposes.
